Can I keep my number?

Yes! We will provide your services with the same number you currently have, zero downtime or change.

What happens if I experience a fault?

Call our UK-based support centre on 0330 122 9488. If we can’t fix it remotely we will send Openreach to fix it instead.

Is there a contract?

Yes, we offer either 12 month or 24 month contracts. However, unlike other providers our contract is not just fixed term, the rate is fixed also!

Are your rates introductory?

We are unique in our approach our best rates are given on face value. More importantly, No In-contract Price Rises. If you do however receive a better offer from your existing provider, providing it is for the same terms as ours, we will match it!

I’ve received an early termination fee from my previous supplier?

Call our UK-based support centre on 0330 122 9488. We will advise on the best possible steps with handling these types of fees.

What happens to my 1571, caller display, call divert, fraud defender etc on my line?

These services are known as ‘select services’ which will remain the same on your line charged at £2.99 each per month.
